Our lead consultants have worked at HR Director level and have 50 years experience between them. During this time, they have created and delivered bespoke training courses in a variety of organisations. Here are just some of the training courses they have delivered:
- Managing People: A full or half day course for people managers in your business covering key aspects of line management. This includes managing sickness absence, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working requests, conflicts of interest and much more. This can be adapted to your business, working with your policies and procedures. Can be delivered remotely via teams or on site.
- Mitigating the risk of sexual harassment: Bite size courses delivered virtually via teams or on site, designed to help employees and managers understand the new obligations that employers have to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
- Managing Investigations: A half day course designed to train HR teams or managers on how to conduct a fair and objective disciplinary or grievance investigation. Attendees are provided with template investigation guidelines and a template investigation report.
- What's wrong with banter?: A two hour workshop, designed to be delivered to a team, discovering how and why banter can turn into harassment.

Prices: Training courses start at £500 + VAT for delivering a half day and £1000 + VAT for delivering a full day, plus time to create bespoke content for your business agreed upfront. Maximum of 15 delegates per course if on site.
