Capability Tests: These are designed to measure an individual's mental abilities and aptitudes relevant to job performance. These tests are commonly used in recruitment, development, and talent management to assess how well someone can perform specific tasks or solve problems. Test are completed online and followed up with a virtual feedback session to both the manager and the candidate.

  • Numerical reasoning – working with numbers and interpreting data.

Prices: Start at £50 + vat per test, including the feedback sessions.

  • 16PF (Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire) - a personality assessment tool used to measure 16 primary personality traits that describe and predict a person’s behavior in a variety of contexts, particularly in the workplace.   • MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) - a widely used personality assessment tool that helps individuals and organizations understand personality preferences and how they influence behavior, communication, and decision-making. Prices: Both 16PF and MBTI can be completed with individuals or with groups or teams. Individuals tests and feedback sessions start at £250 + VAT. Contact us for quotes for team sessions.
