We offer a comprehensive range of employee relations services designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. These services are available on a pay as you go basis, with an estimate being provided upon receiving your instructions.

Investigations: We can complete a fair, objective investigation into a grievance or potential disciplinary matter. This would start with a detailed terms of reference approved by you, and would conclude with a full investigation report.

Disciplinary, Grievance or Appeal Hearings: We understand that it can be difficult to have enough trained managers to conduct hearings in small businesses. We will work within your policy and procedures, providing they comply with employment legislation,  to either support or conduct formal employee relations hearings for your business.

Restructures/Redundancies: Our lead consultants will work alongside you to determine whether a restructure is the right thing for the business, by drafting a thorough business case. We can then work alongside the business to complete the process in a fair and compliant way, minimising risk and disruption to your business. We will literally be there, alongside you.

TUPE (transfer of undertakings): Transferring employees from one employer to another when a business or services transfers is a tricky area of employment law, designed to protect the rights of employees. We can guide you through the process from start to finish, ensuring all due diligence is completed, and employees are transferred in or out of the business as efficiently as possible.

Prices: Our employee relations work is charged at £125 + vat per hour, with a 25% discount for retained clients. An estimate is provided once we have received a thorough brief.
