Pay as you go

We offer a comprehensive range of HR services designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. We offer a pay as you go service for businesses wanting some additional support for their own in-house HR team, or for completion of HR related projects.

Examples of PAYG projects include:

Fractional HR Director: We can offer strategic HR support at Director level for businesses requiring interim support for a fixed period of time or for a set number of days. This can include creating HR strategies, aligning staff teams with business objectives, assisting the business to establish a company culture etc.

In-house HR Support: Our experienced HR Consultants have all operated at Director level. We can provide senior level support and mentoring to more junior or inexperienced HR teams.

Sensitive/Confidential Projects: We can handle sensitive, confidential and senior level issues that require third party intervention, up to and including Director level.

HR Associate Work: We can assist your own managers and/or HR teams with any kind of HR work on an associate basis at a discounted rate.

Prices: Our consultants work on a rate of £125 per hour + vat. Retained clients receive a 25% discount. Associate work is negotiated with the client.
